Consulting Assistant

👉 Responsibilities:
- Communicate with vendors in order to obtain complete information regarding clients’ projects and organize information in a format to finalize the deliverables
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, organize and analyze them, and assist the lead consultant to execute the projects
- Research on digital solutions related to each client’s project or our own content
- Use CRM or project management tools to record clients’ information and project progress, and provide information to the lead consultant
- Produce materials related to the client projects as requested
- Communicate with partners in media or content production projects
- Assist in content production and publishing for our media channels

👉 Requirements
- Bachelor degree (new grads of any major are welcomed!)
- English: Listening and reading
- MS Office or Google Suite tools
- Eagerness to learn and explore digital solutions
- Interest in digital transformation and tech consulting

Work from home most of the time with a few meet-ups in a month
