ลักษณะงาน Directing financial planning Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization regarding long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts. Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization. Providing sound financial support and insights to enable the management team to make critical business decisions and presentation of financial results and insights to the Board. Liaison the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls with company accounting team. Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company’s plan for growth and expansion. Manage and optimize working capital.
