Technical Support

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Install, support and maintain computer system; for example, PC, Notebook and Switch, etc.
- Responsible for daily IT troubleshooting at outsourcing customer’s sites/projects
- Cooperate with customer and engineer team in order to deliver technical service as an IT support
- Prepare basic maintenance service plan for Hardware and Software.
- Generate relevant report when encounter the problem, or provide technical support

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication, Electronics or any IT related fields.
- At least 1-2 years experience in IT Department or IT support / helpdesk.
- Experience or knowledge in Application is preferred.
- Background in installation, configuration in Microsoft Office or Network System is benefit.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player with service minded
- A fast-learner, willing to be trained for new technical skill (Server, Storage, Virtualize)
