IT Project Manager

Key responsibilities:
● Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
● Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time with quality, within scope and within budget
● Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
● Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders
● Track project performance to analyze the success of short and long-term goals
● Perform risk management to minimize project risks
● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
● Vendor and Contract management
● Meet with vendor to take detailed ordering and clarify requirements of each project
● Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
● Work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability
● Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections
● Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at the expected cost
● Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures
● Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals

● Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
● Excellence in communication both English and Thai, Writing and Speaking, Listening.
● Minimum 3 years working experience.
● Experience in IT project management is preferred.
● Experienced in Cloud Technology either AWS or GCP especially cost optimization will be preferred.
● Experience of working in the Banking, FinTech or related organization is advantageous.
● Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
● Excel skills required (ability to write formulas, link files, conditional formatting, lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
● Ability to interact with different departments at various levels with a consistent, selfassured, pleasant manner, making strategic business recommendations backed up by analytics and facts ● Ability to understand, interpret and explain complex data and production metrics in the simplest of terms to any audience.
● Understanding of Hardware/Software delivery project, Project Management or Agile project management
