System Analyst

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field; graduate degree or post-graduate training in business or management is preferred
At least 3 years of experience in a System Analyst role
At least 3 years of experience in a QA Analyst role
Proficiency in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Strong analytical skills for complex systems evaluation and troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail for issue identification and resolution
Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, and programming languages is a plus
Good command of English is a plus

Analyze and evaluate current systems for inefficiencies
Gather business requirements from users and stakeholders
Develop specifications for new or modified systems and create business requirement documentation
Design and implement system solutions to resolve business problems
Develop and execute test plans and cases to ensure system quality
Identify, track, and report defects, collaborating with the development team
Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system specifications
Support team members and end-users with technical manuals
Ensure compliance with best practices and standards through system change request documentation
