🔻Key Responsibility New product: •Support the new product planning and the plan execution from alpha build to mass production. He/she can share any observations and propose improvements to the project. •Create Visual inspection standard according to Datamars template. •Support NPI for the new product, FMEA and design reviews Non-conforming and Corrective/ Preventive action: •Manage NCR process (Internal and Customer failure) according to Datamars procedure (8D report and DMTH format) and control of its closure to prevent from the NCR cycle aging. •Lead the MRB meeting and its documentation requirements. •Initiate the Quality Meeting especially on Customer Complaint issues – and report the results of the meeting. •Supports Process Engineering team in the investigation, analysis, and improvement action implementation. He/she can propose corrective/preventive actions and ensure that these actions are effective. •Ensure that the JIRA and other related records are timely generated and updated. Calibration: •Ensure that inspection, measuring and test equipment shall be periodically calibrated •Check the inventory of the measuring equipment, its condition and documentation needed (e.g. Master list updating, etc.) Audits: •Perform a monthly product & process audit, generate audit reports and follow-up/s until the audit findings has been resolved. •Perform audits according to ISO9001, ISO14001 and Datamars standards, generate audit reports and follow-up until it’s closure. Generation of documents: •Generation of QSA – Quality Agreement, and other documents as per priority and/or assigned by the superior. •Weekly Report and other report submission: •Summarize and report the SQE activities in a weekly basis and as per request using the Datamars platforms and the department’s templates and database. •Performs audit and/or monitoring of the chemical handling and condition of the company (if certified). 🔻Experience & Qualifications: •BSc /B.Eng or MSc for Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial or related field. •Good team player, good morals and conduct, and Good in decision making •Good communication in English with strong report writing, speaking, and analytic skills, with an eye to detail and capability for strategic thinking •Willing to learn •Experience in Quality Engineering and/or Quality Control engineering is preferred •At least 4 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, RFID experience is a plus •Good MS-office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) •Good knowledge of ISO9001 & ISO14001 Company Overview: Datamars is a global data solutions company with a 30+ year legacy in animal and textile solutions.
