Vice President, Human Resources

Roles & Responsibilities:
 - Responsible for managing full functions of HR such as compensation and benefit, training and development, performance management 
 and employee relations, HR strategic planning.
 - Stay up-to-date and Develop HR policies and procedures to ensure that they are consistent with industry best practice and in compliance
 with relevant laws and regulations.
 - Suggest and provide new initiatives in order to enhance the existing HR practices, policies and strategy.
 - Provide prompt advice and resolutions to management team on HR-related issues and counsel to all level of employees concerning work
 related problems/ issues.
 - Forecast, manage, and control HR and Administrative budget.

- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, I/O Psychology, Political Science or related field.
 - Over 15 years of experience in HR with at least 5 years in a Head of HR role
 - Proven knowledge of HR principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations. 
 - Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and employees, Strong strategic thinking skills, high commitment, 
 and ability to adapt to change.
 - Have working experience in listed company/ Banking / Financial service would consider to be an advantage.
 - Fluency in English and Thai communication in all areas.
