Telesales (Inside Sales Engineer)

• Make calls to sell the company's products, follow up on the needs of existing customers, and expand the customer base by opening new markets.
• Make calls to create and develop a good customer experience and relationships.
• Make calls to support and promote sales, such as renewals, selling new products, supporting products, services, and more.
• Take responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Make calls to follow up and expedite customer payments according to the billing cycle.
• Handle complaints or various customer needs over the phone and coordinate with relevant departments to efficiently resolve situations.
•Record and update reports in the system.
• Able to use CRM software (Advantages)

- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related fields.
- 2-3 years experience in industrial sales would be advantageous.
- Computer literate & fair command of both spoken & written English.
