Assistant Brand Manager

We are a global food company enabling healthier lifestyles through our diverse portfolio of trusted Brands and delicious products. 


We are currently looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to be an integral part of our brand team based in Bangkok. 
The position is hybrid – 3 days working from the office and 3 days from home. Suitable for a Marketing / communication graduate with no or minimal work experience, this role will support the Brand Manager in all day-to-day marketing execution activities including new product development, development of new packaging, communication and POS material, as well as marketing admin support. 
This is a 12 months contract role with view to permanent for the right candidate.


Roles and Responsibilities
• Supporting Brand Manager in the execution of annual marketing plans
• Marketing admin & Marketing information support to Sales Team and R&D / Regulatory Team
• Marketing support of inter functional New Product Development process 
• Liaising with Agencies (creative and graphic) for packaging, POS, Promotions and Communication material development
• Analyse competitor information to create strategies for growing market sales
• Create reports on market performance, customer needs, and product portfolio performance
• Update social media accounts with new content
• Assist in organizing promotional events
• Perform other duties assigned by the brand manager


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field
• New Graduate or existing experience as Assistant Brand Manager or a similar position (not essential)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
• Ability to analyse data and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
