Accounting Manager

Responsibilities
1.Be Responsible for all aspects of business accounting functions such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Invoicing etc.
2.Handle Payment voucher, Receive voucher, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Accrued expense, Withholding Tax, Value Added Tax, Petty cash and related transactions for inputting Accounting system program.
3.To check or prepare cheque, bank transfer and coordinate with suppliers.
4.To check or prepare and maintain the accounting records in accordance with the companies, Chart of accounts and related accounting principles and practices.
5.Collaborate with Manager to develop schedules, procedures and system to enable the timely and informative accumulation, adjustment and reporting of financial data.
6.Coordinate with external auditor for any information concerning accounting system.
7.Be Responsible for all taxation matters and contact with The Revenue Department.
8.To Control Accounts Payable, Collection of cheques from customers (Account Receivable & deposit cheques)
9.Develop managerial tool of financial and accounting.
10.Manage and control map processing of finance and account.
11.Estimate Incomes and Expenses and report to Management.
12.To Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
13.To Prepare and send data to Actuary.
14.Preparing report to OIC as requirement.
15.Report to Hong Kong Office on an as required basis.
16.To work under assignment of Managements.
Requirements
1.Experience in Accounting & Finance in Medical Insurance Industry.
2.Be familiar with numerical analysis, control and reporting of accounting data.
3.Have effective problem solving skills, able work well under pressure to meet the deadlines.
4.Good in English and Thai
5.CPD license is require
6.Can work well under pressure to meet the deadlines.
7.Know the format & function of Health Insurance system.
8.Excellent in using Excel & analyzing medical insurance data.
9.Excellent in using computer program Microsoft offices and Accounting program.
10.Can co-ordinate well with Customers, Suppliers and other Departments.
