OPERATION / Customer Service

1. Responsible customer service of receiving calls and reply email with customer and suppliers about import and export;
2. Issue bill of lading, shipping export documents and other relevant documents, issue invoice and enter the fees payable in system;
3. Responsible for receiving orders and booking space, cargo tracking, customs clearance, settlement, etc.
4. Responsible for providing overseas agency documents, release cargo, filing in system and keeping documents and prepare documents to account department;
5. Other related work.
6. Good Chinese, Thai and English reading and writing skills, interested in the international logistics industry;
7.Familiar with the operation and process of shipment export, with certain import and export trade knowledge such as documents, freight forwarding and transportation
8.Good service awareness, careful work, strong sense of responsibility, and strong resistance to stress;
Priority is given to staff who can speak Chinese
