Operation and Documentation ( Ocean forwarder )

- Coordinate between customer customs government agency and various shipping line agents
- Contact coordinate and prepare documents for shipping.
- Receive documents from sales or customers to check for accuracy ( B/L D/O ) invoice and packing
- Contact and coordinate with customers to request addittonal infromation about imported products check the customs tariff of the product from the database.
- Print draft froms and prepare work packages.
- Contact and coordinate with shipping, shipping lines, and customer.
