- Accounts Payable : Prepare payment voucher and submit to bank. - Accounts Receivable : Prepare sale invoice and collection ( B2B, B2W accounts) - Tax : Prepare monthly tax such VAT (30, 36) & WHT (3, 53, 54) reports and submit to Revenue department - Inventory : Attend into inventory physical count by monthly, quaterly and yearly period. - Monthend closing: Oversee accrued expenses and provide support for month-end financial closings. - Other tasks that may be assigned Requirements : - Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or related fields. - Knowledge of Accounting, Financial, Budgeting, VAT or related areas. - At least 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance. - Competent in English. - Good presentation and interpersonal skills. - Have Communication Skill - Have Positive Mindset - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Experience with financial accounting software such SAP B1
