YOUR MISSION Be the face of Decathlon! Help sports enthusiasts find the right gear and enjoy a great shopping experience, both in our stores and online. JOB DESCRIPTION - Customer Service & Sales: Help customers choose the right sports gear (both new and trade-in/refurbished items) across in-store, online, and social media channels. Introduce our membership benefits and repair services. - Store & Product Management: Keep the store clean, well-stocked, and fun to explore. Ensure products are easily accessible for both walk-in shoppers and online orders. - Eco & Safety Standards: Support recycling and waste reduction in store, while keeping the shopping environment safe for everyone. QUALIFICATIONS - Active Sportsperson: Plays sports regularly and loves talking about sports. - Service-Minded: Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people. - Good Communicator: Able to communicate effectively in Thai and English. - Team Player: Open-minded, adaptable, and comfortable sharing ideas in a diverse team. - Flexible Schedule: Available to work on weekends and public holidays. - Positive Vibe: Energetic, responsible, generous, and down-to-earth.
