1.Develop creative concepts and direct all types of video productions (Ads, TikTok, YouTube, Live cuts).

2.Create scripts, storyboards, and visual directions aligned with the brand voice.

3.Collaborate closely with the Creative team, KOLs, and Production Houses to ensure seamless execution.

4.Analyze content performance metrics to refine creative and strategic approaches.

5.Oversee production timelines and ensure all outputs meet brand quality standards.

1.Minimum 2 years of experience in Video Production or Creative Content creation.

2.Strong understanding of social media trends, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels.

3.Possess a strong portfolio demonstrating creative ideas and storytelling perspectives.

4.Confident and camera-friendly — must be comfortable appearing on camera and wearing makeup for video shoots.

5.Skilled in video editing and voice-over with engaging delivery.

6.Highly creative with a strong commercial mindset — capable of producing videos that drive both engagement and sales.

7.Results-driven, able to plan and execute work effectively to achieve clear KPI targets.
