1. General Affairs (GA) Operations • Manage and maintain office facilities, equipment, and overall workplace environment • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for maintenance, repair, and office services • Handle purchasing activities including ordering from affiliated companies • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on procurement activities • Coordinate import processes and shipping arrangements, including documentation clearance 2. HR & Administrative Support • Act as a communication point between employees and the HR/GA department • Prepare, organize, and maintain HR and administrative documentation • Support HR operations such as employee documentation and internal reporting 3. General Administration • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties • Provide administrative support across functions • Ensure proper documentation control and systematic record keeping

And now we have established the following 5 individual business domains: “Transportation Equipment Related Operations” , “Automotive Components&Accessories Operations” , “Information Service Operations” , “Regional service Operations” , and “New Businesses” . We firmly believe that Mitsuba is able to achieve increased customer satisfaction in its global expansion efforts by accurately grasping the needs of each of these markets. Recently, individual manufacturers of two-wheeled vehicles (other than those in China) have been actively establishing local development footholds for the manufacturing of models produced for the Asian markets in Thailand. In the face of this trend, and in order to expand the scale of Mitsuba Group business activities concerned with the manufacturing of two-wheeled vehicles being built for the Asian markets by responding to calls for local development and cost planning, our company has decided to establish a new development base in Thailand. Due to this reason we urgently looking for qualified person to join our dynamic team in the positions as follow.
