1. Fix mechanical problems in production
•Find the cause of assembly or structure issues.
•Give quick and long-term solutions to keep the line running smoothly.
2. Support new product builds (NPI/DVT)
•Check if the product design is easy to assemble.
•Report assembly problems during trial builds and suggest improvements.
3. Improve assembly process and fixtures
•Make fixtures more stable and easier to use.
•Improve torque, assembly steps, and efficiency.
4. Control stress/strain and structure risks (SME)
•Check stress/strain data to make sure parts do not deform.
•Make final decisions on important mechanical risks.
5. Do mechanical root-cause analysis
•Find the real reason for mechanical issues.
•Make sure the same problem does not happen again.
6. Communicate with customers (SME)
•Answer customer technical questions.
•Provide clear and professional mechanical solutions.
7. Train and guide engineers (SME)
•Teach mechanical knowledge and best practices.
•Create simple standards and checklists for assembly and fixtures.

1. Can use Pro/E (Creo) and AutoCAD.
2. Can analyze mechanical problems and debug
3. Understand plastic and metal part processes
4. Know basic tests like drop test and temperature test.
5. Experience in consumer electronics and CM/JDM/ODM factory is a plus.
6. Able to work 6 days/week. (Mon-Sat)
7. Good command in English.
