TECHMAN ELECTRONICS (THAILAND) CO., LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Repair Engineer to join our team in our office located in Ban Bueng, Chonburi. As a full-time Repair Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our state-of-the-art electronic equipment, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production facilities.

What you'll be doing

Diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of electronic and mechanical issues within our production equipment

Performing routine maintenance and preventative measures to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance

Repairing and replacing faulty components, following established protocols and procedures

Documenting all repair activities and maintaining detailed records of equipment performance

Collaborating with the engineering team to implement continuous improvements and enhance the reliability of our systems

Providing technical support and guidance to production staff, ensuring optimal equipment utilization

1. A bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Repair Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve equipment issues
4. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
5. Hands-on experience with a wide range of electronic and mechanical tools and test equipment
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
7. Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
