1.Training & Coaching Conduct operational training for new and existing employees. Coach Store Managers, Supervisors, and team members to improve operational performance. Deliver refresher training and follow-up coaching after audits. 2.Operations Standards Ensure all stores comply with SOP, Food Safety, Quality, and Service standards. Verify execution of new menu launches, promotions, and operational initiatives. Standardize best practices across assigned stores. 3.Kitchen & Service Excellence Train employees on: Food preparation,Food quality,Kitchen workflow,Customer service,Cashier operation, Cleaning & sanitation 4.Store Audit Conduct scheduled and surprise operational audits.Identify operational gaps and create action plans. Track corrective actions until completion. 5.Performance Monitoring Monitor training effectiveness through KPI.Support stores with poor operational performance. Provide regular reports to Operations Manager. 6.Documentation Update SOP, Training Materials, and Training Records.Maintain employee training database.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 2–3 years experience in Restaurant Operations or Training. Strong knowledge in Kitchen & Service Operations. Good coaching and communication skills. Able to travel frequently. Leadership mindset with problem-solving ability.
