Key Responsibilities
• Develop (HRD) strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Classify development needs and working closely with peers and business manager by focusing on job requirements, career paths, and business objectives and priorities.
• Through targeted leadership development activities, contribute to company's transformation program realizing for long term strategic ambition.
• Manage a training budget according to the training plan.
• Design and developing comprehensive training programs that cater to different levels of employees, from entry-level to leadership.
• Create training materials and resources to support learning initiatives while being able to measure the effectiveness of the training initiatives.
• Develop and implementing policies and procedures, WI, functional training materials & tests, related to HRD, including Talent management program, Individual Development Plan (IDP), Succession Planning, Leadership Development program, and Management Trainee program, Training Roadmap, and Career Roadmap.
• Design and develop facilitate tailored development activities based on ad hoc requests or plans.
• Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HRD.
• Initiating and promoting the process of an E-Learning system to provide knowledge to employees.
• Developing and maintaining HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to track HR performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conducting and developing an orientation program for new employees.
• Work on special project assignment(s).
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor or Master Degree in HRD or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in leadership and functional competency development programs, and OD, Learning & Development, preferably with at least 5 years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations related to HRD.
• Good facilitation and trainer skills.
• Good command of English.
• Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, logical thinking, interpersonal and presentation skills.
