Job. • Manage and handle overall Production for Automotive parts. (OEE, Productivity , Cycle time , Cost , Quality and Safety). • Check and manage production performance, man power and follow up KPI to achieve goal and target as planned • Manage budgeting and cost of production • Reduce cost and manage production activities to meet target •Inspect and maintain the quality of goods before delivering to customers •Analyze and tackle the problem of production by PDCA methods Spec. Male , Age not more than 45 years Bachelor degree in Industrial or Production Engineering , Mechanical Engineering or Related field. Experience in Japanese Automotive business will be an advantage. Experience in CNC (Fanuc, Okuma and Brother) will be an advantage. With minimum of 15 years' experience preferable in automotive parts manufacturing.

THAI SUMMIT ENGINEERING (TSE) is a part of the Thai Summit Group which is one of the major part manufacturers in Thailand for the automotive, motorcycle, electrical appliance and agricultural engine industries. TSE was established in 1988 as a joint venture company between Thai Summit Autoparts Industry Co., Ltd and Shinko Kogyo Co., Ltd for the fabrication and welding of automotive jigs. 4 year later, in 1992, TSE began the mass production of automotive parts in Samut Prakan Province and then expanded to Tong Grow Industrial Town in Chonburi Province, where mass production started in 2008. In 2010, TSE further expanded its production capacity to Hemaraj Industrial Estate in Rayong, to cover the major industrial clusters in Thailand for the export of products to worldwide customers.
