Job.
• Manage and handle overall Production for Automotive parts. (OEE, Productivity , Cycle time , Cost , Quality and Safety). 
• Check and manage production performance, man power and follow up KPI to achieve goal and target as planned
• Manage budgeting and cost of production
• Reduce cost and manage production activities to meet target
•Inspect and maintain the quality of goods before delivering to customers 
•Analyze and tackle the problem of production by PDCA methods
Spec.
Male , Age not more than 45 years
Bachelor degree in Industrial or Production Engineering , Mechanical Engineering or Related field.
Experience in Japanese Automotive business will be an advantage.
Experience in CNC (Fanuc, Okuma and Brother) will be an advantage.
With minimum of 15 years' experience preferable in automotive parts manufacturing.
