Manage and grow existing customers to achieve sales and profit objectives
Maintain and develop good support with customers in person, calls and emails
Visit customer regularly to make good relationship
Support quotation request from customers
Account management (quality issues, PCN, EOL, new projects, agreements, etc.)
Check the latest market, customer production, demand trend
Plan quantity to issue an order to Semiconductor makers
Share customer information with HQ/SG/HK members (= marketing team)
Stock level management to avoid aging stock/deadstock
Handle AR discrepancies
System update for every new part and price change
Update exchange rate every month
Address and coordinate all customer's inquiries
Improve overall business flow for each customer
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree holder.
No minimum work experience is required.
Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work both independently and as a team
Ability to speak and write in English (required) and Japanese (if possible)
