Principal Accountabilities:
• As key contributor to participate in formulating and administering IG BIG Operations policies and developing long range goals and objectives. This includes the direction, focus, and visualization of activities in responsible departments to further the overall progressive goals and objectives and monitor their progress.
• Provide leadership in continuous improvement activities and successfully enable scalability to achieve our goals of meeting quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Safety leadership to driver company people safety goal (behaviors) and responsible for process safety management implantation (improve conditions) in production plants for world-class safety performance.
• Direct the company’s production activities to ensure maximum effectiveness is obtained to produce quality products within budgetary guidelines and achieve productivity improvement targets.
• Accountable to ensure products meet or exceed customer quality standards and required delivery schedules are met formulate processes to enable relevant management system in place such as ISO9001, ISO14001, GMP and Halal certifications. Also deploy the practice of Food Safety Management System to the applicable sites. Also lead in the maintenance of all relevant accreditations and quality assurances related system for the production plants.
• Coordinate with TSA Technical Solution & Analytics team to ensure production facilities and equipment are adequately designed, built and maintained, The emphasis will be on high reliable plant operations and create strategies to reduce capital, labor and material cost and pursuit maintenance excellence.
• Facilitating team decision on Improving and Simplifying current working process, especially cross-functional working process and create new ones if there is not clear, to have formal management system and clear work process with RACI chart in place, to smooth the productivity projects.
• Facilitate Risk Evaluation and decision-making process to take calculated risk to support business decision making.
• Manage and control all plants and equipment to be highest reliability and maintained efficiency.
• Manage BSP Basic Safety Process, quality requirements and implement best practice from AP and BIG
• Working on improve and implement Operational discipline program in production site, bring VTP and production data analytics into formal management system, benchmarking best practice of industrial operation management system.
• Develop talents and organization to support Growth and drive Operations Safety, Reliability and Efficiency
• Accountable to ensure all BIG assets and operations under care are always complying to the national and local legislative requirements.
• Ensuring safe and reliable operations via continuous review and monitor of all sites under care to ensure productions are up to date with latest AP and BIG best practices and approved procedures.
• Facilitate audits processes to assets the compliances of AP and BIG on-site operations activities against to AP’s standard or relevant applications standards (i.e ISO standards, Corporate EHS audits, Halal recertification audits, customer audits)
• Accountable to manage the site general activities, inclusive but not limited to manage the site security activities and other compliance requirement (i.e Person responsible for energy of BIG)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree related to Process industry, Operation management, Advances degree on engineering, business management and ASU experience will be a plus.
• 10 years poof work experience in a similar work environment, more than 3 years in people managing position.
• Deep knowledge on EHS compliance in Chemical / Process industrial, like OSHA, PSM and DOSH
• Ability to lead and mentor staff to achieve significant results.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organization levels.
• Possess high professional ethics, good judgement and ability to take decisive action.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skill
• Previous experience understanding of the P&L and of Financial and accounting practices will be an added advantage
