Responsibility

- Ensure all stores follow operating procedures according to guidelines and standards of practice.
- Manage stores to be efficient in operating each store.
- Assist the Branch Manager (BM) in inspecting stores to maintain efficient and professional customer service standards.
- Be a role model for leadership and provide advice to all employees.
- Manage product supervision and response if products exceed the specified target.
- Assist the branch manager (BM) in implementing guidelines for improving and solving problems to make the store more efficient.
- Assist the Branch Manager (BM) in ensuring that the team clearly understands the goals and is successful.
- Recruit, train and develop to achieve maximum results for effective employee promotion.
- Coach, follow up and develop team members to improve and increase their excellent performance.
- Assist the Branch Manager (BM) in conducting employee performance evaluations and recommending regular development guidelines.
- Assist the branch manager (BM) in coordinating the annual stock count to complete the steps successfully.

- Least 22 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields).
- Have 1 year or more of experience working in retail management.
- Good attitude, good teamwork.
- Able to drive a car and have a driver's license.
- Have good communication and coordination skills
- It has the flexibility to work, can work overtime and travel to work off-site.
- Highly responsible, well-functioning under pressure.
- Can use basic computer programs, especially Excel, well.
- If English can be communicated, special consideration will be given.
