Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective delivery of training programs. Employee Relations:
• Assist in managing employee relations issues and investigations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
2.Performance Management:
• Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
3.Organizational Development:
• Contribute to organizational development initiatives such as succession planning, talent management, and culture transformation.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive initiatives that foster a positive organizational culture.
4. HR Policies and Compliance:
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations applicable to the organization.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Compile HR metrics and data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders as required.
6. Project Management:
• Participate in HR projects and special assignments, ensuring timely execution and achievement of project goals.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
7. Payroll
• Process salary calculation, overtime, allowances, deductions, Tax, SSF, PVD, and employee movement in the payroll system including ensuring backup payroll data on a monthly and yearly based.
• Provide Monthly & Yearly reports such as Reconcile, Payroll report, PV, Tax, SSF, PVD, HK Report, GHB, Student Loan, Legal execution, Labor Law, and Cost.
8. Visa & Work permit
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience with primary responsibility for time and attendance, payroll administration, and payroll processing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with previous managerial experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Payroll Software such as Tiger Soft, Business Plus, Humatrix, etc./ Payroll legislation detailed knowledge of regulations, taxation
Intermediate English skill, etc.
