About the role
Lead 360-degree retail marketing strategies for Boardriders Group brands (Quiksilver, Roxy, DC Shoes, Billabong). Drive integrated campaigns, visual merchandising, promotional activities, and brand events across offline channels to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibility
- Plan and execute offline/retail marketing activities to drive brand awareness and sales across retail stores and shopping malls (e.g. in-store campaigns, visual merchandising coordination, POP/POSM, store events, roadshows).
- Support brand marketing strategy and activities in line with brand direction, seasonal campaigns, and new product/collection launches.
- Coordinate with shopping mall/landlord marketing teams for event participation, promotional space, and in-mall advertising opportunities.
- Plan and manage offline advertising and promotional materials (billboards, in-store signage, print media, catalogues) to support retail store performance.
- Work closely with Sales/Retail Operations teams to align marketing campaigns with store-level promotions and sell-through targets.
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for production of marketing materials, event set-up, and promotional items within budget and timeline.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of offline marketing activities, prepare campaign reports and recommendations.
- Manage marketing budget tracking, PO/invoice coordination, and documentation for the marketing department.
- Support new store opening activities (grand opening events, launch promotions, local marketing).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or offline/below-the-line marketing (experience in fashion/lifestyle retail or sport industry is a plus).
- Strong understanding of retail marketing and brand activation (not digital/online marketing focused).
- Good project coordination skills — able to manage multiple campaigns/events and work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Visual Merchandising, Operations).
- Good command of English for communication.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good attitude, team player, detail-oriented, and able to work well under tight timelines.
- Well-organized, creative, with strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
